About us Toggers.....

A "Tog" (Toggers) is slang name for photographers... And here on this forum you have a mish-mash of loads of them who, and this is written in stone, are here to learn and to teach/pass on their knowledge to others who want to experience the thrill of "snapping" that great shot with the "compacts" and "DSLRs". We are located mostly in the UK, but have members all over the world, Australia, USA, and other wonderful places. The world is a beautiful place, we try and capture that with our own eyes, and in our own minds through photography but it can also be ugly, evil and wicked, (but enough about me.....) Now you might think what have you got to offer that the hundreds and thousands of other forums and photography sites out there can't? Well for one, we don't believe we're the best forum in the world for photography.... No.... We believe we're the best for those who are here and stay here... There are other sites/forum out there, and some fantastic forums (like http://www.photography-forum.org/ for example) but it's like life, sometimes you just don't fit in. So we (Bindii and I) have created our own site, for our own friends and we aim to keep it friendly and flirty because that's who we are. We want people to take better shots, and we want people who want to learn to come to our forum. We encourage people to experiment and expand their photography, and in doing so perhaps view the world with open eyes and more importantly of course an open mind.
