Welcome to my little corner of the internet.
Well I've been taking photographs for the last 10 years starting with a little
Nikon film camera taking photographs of Stage Shows when I wasn't acting on stage in them
and then once I got a Digital Camera it really took off...
I bought a Fujifilm S3 Pro as my first proper DSLR camera, the only reason for doing
so was that I was able to use my Nikon lenses with it, so saved some money by recycling
the lenses... Now (years later) my main weapon of choice is a Fujifilm S5 Pro, which I adore,
though I do take the S3 (yes it's still working) out for a spin.
Though initially photographing Stage Productions where I exhibit them through my website
www.StagePhotography.co.uk
I have now moved onto Weddings (though mostly for family and friends), Portrait (Family,
Actor Portfolio), Event photography (Balls, Fashion shows and Parties),
and my main passion at the moment, Nature photography...
Nature photography is where I spend most of my time. When I do my "Dog Walks" I get to see
all sorts of wildlife, plants and scenes around the area. Even holidaying in Scotland, you'll
hardly ever see me without my camera. I don't tend to dwell on any one "style" of photography
and just adapt what I know to the location and the experience I'm having at that time.
What I see, is what you get, so to speak...
My favourite local haunts are : Spade Oaks (Bourne End, Marlow), Marlow Tow path, The Rye (High Wycombe)
and Aston Hill (Nature Reserve). These are my "Dog Walk" places where most of my photography takes place.
You don't need to go far to see fantastic things, you only need to open your eyes and look around you...
My favorite holiday haunts are : Isle of Skye (I go there at least once a year), Fort William (Ben Nevis etc),
Blair Drummond Safari Park (lovely place to visit), Ludlow (gorgeous little town with a great castle) and
of course Scotland in general...
You'll see all these places in one way or another on this website (once I pull my finger out and upload them
of course)...
So there you have it... That's me, a load of bollocks really, now go look at
some of my photos and offer me lots of money for them... *wink*
